Finally, many local and municipal utilities offer additional rebates for heat pumps and other energy-efficiency upgrades. These offers vary widely depending on your location and utility provider, but our experts can assist you in finding the appropriate incentives. Available rebates include:
- Burbank Water and Power: $1000 per ton (up to $2500) for Qualifying Heat Pump
- Los Angeles Water and Power (LADWP): $1000 per ton for Energy Star Heat Pump or $2500 per ton for Qualifying Ductless Installation
- Glendale Water and Power: $1000 per ton for a Heat Pump Conversion
- Pasadena Water and Power: $120 per ton for a Heat Pump Conversion
- City of Santa Barbara: $2500 for a Heat Pump Conversion, plus $2000 to wire it up and a free permit
- GO Zero: $1500 for a Qualifying Heat Pump (converting from a Gas Heater)
Lower Income Benefits:
- Edison Home Performance Plus: $424 per ton for Qualifying Heat Pump.
- GO Zero: $3000 for a Qualifying Heat Pump (converting from a Gas Heater)
