Joanne, 88 years old, makes ends mean and lives independently as a senior citizen. Although she manages her day to day life just fine, she was having trouble with the needed maintenance on her home, especially her HVAC system. Partnering with Habitat for Humanity, Southland Heating & Air Conditioning stepped up to the goodwill task of installing an HVAC system, free of charge, for Ms. Joanne.
